Our True Passive RTO Investment Service includes another industry first, our Investor where a portion of our revenue from every closed RTO Opportunity will be allocated to a management fund so that in the event of a mechanical or legal expense, it’s covered by the New Investor Support Reserve (ISR).

To HOS, True Passive Rent to Own Investing means you just select and close an RTO opportunity after we have conducted thorough due diligence, then to sign documents when required. Similar to a Mortgage or an equity investment, there is little to no involvement or participation from you.

HOS will handle and coordinate the mechanical replacement or legal proceedings. In simple terms, it emulates an insurance protection for every Rent to Own Opportunity we offer.

This program also includes a Tenant Financial Assessment and the creation of their Exit Plan. On a scheduled basis, we conduct a financial check-up to ensure that they are making progress and are accountable to their personalized plan.

We acknowledge that our reputation is based on completing each program and the successful exit of each Tenant. 

History has shown the extensive experience and professionalism of our team, with 98% of our tenants successfully exiting our Rent to Own Program.

As a result, the Passive RTO Investment Service will mitigate the financial impact to our investors, sharing the risk.

We send you the monthly cash flow payments, and at the end of the term, you cash out when the Tenant purchases the property.
