PURCHASE A RENT TO OWN PROPERTY

The traditional approach to investing in a Rent to Own is to purchase a property for a preapproved tenant/future buyer.  This is a Safe, Secure and Simple process with HOS Financials screening, qualification and diligence gathering process.  Our experienced underwriters and investor relations team guides you and provides support throughout the entire term.  If you have the ability to qualify for a mortgage to purchase a property, don’t want to be a hands-on landlord or deal with tenants and desire both cash flow and appreciation.  This model is for you!

MORTGAGE INVESTMENT

This Private Lending model is great for investors who have cash to invest inside or outside of registered accounts (RRSP, TFSA).  With this model our Holding Corporation becomes the purchaser ( and effectively becoming the guarantor) and you hold all the security as a Private Mortgage.    If you have maxed out your mortgage capacity and are looking for a lower risk mortgage investment. This model is for you!

EQUITY INVESTMENT

This model is for cash investors who want to support Rent to Own with down payment top up and other equity related models.   This model goes through our Exempt Market Dealer and is RRSP,TFSA eligible. If you  have cash in amounts of $10,000 or more to invest, ask for more information!
